He is a graduate of the University of Lagos with a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance, MSc. in Accounting and an Alumni of Lagos Business School (AMP). He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institutes of London & Nigeria, Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Certified Institute of Pensions and an Associate Member of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. A fellow of the institute of Taxation and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He started his insurance career in
1989 and worked in various capacities before joining the team that founded the re-engineered Fountain Insurance Brokers in1997. He was responsible for setting up the Broking Technical and Finance Groups of the Company at inception. He is presently the Managing Director | CEO of the Company .

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Insurance. He is also an Associate Member of The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. Ayodeji started his insurance career over 20 years ago in broking sector of the insurance industry and he is presently the Group Head with the responsibility of coordinating and supervising the Relationship Management and Branches.

A graduate from Lagos State Polytechnic with a Higher National Diploma in Insurance and an Alumnus of Lagos Business School (SMP). He is an MBA holder in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. An Associate Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers. He started his career 20 years ago and since been involved in professional practice. He is the Group Head Brooking Operations of the Company.

A graduate from Edo State University, Ekpoma with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting / Finance. She is an Associate of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Portfolio of Nigeria and a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. An Associate Member of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator, she started her career with an Auditing firm in 2000 and joined Fountain Insurance Brokers in 2002. She is presently the Company Secretary and also supervises and co-ordinate activities in Finance/ Corporate Resource Units.

A graduate from Lagos State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology. She proceeded to the University of Lagos where she bagged a Master of Science Degree also in Sociology. An Associate Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. She started her career with the Relationship Management unit of the Company where she has over a decade of experience. She is currently the Head of Business Development unit
